Do you offer clip-on option?
Yes, we do! Many of our dangle earrings can easily be turned into clip-on earrings. Simply add the earrings of your choice to cart and specify in the "special instruction" box on check out page which pair you would like to be clip-on. You also have the option to choose whether to have them in gold or silver.
Studs and hoops are not availble in clip-on option at this time.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping to all U.S. orders over $55 no code needed. Due to nature of everything being made and packed by one person department, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship via USPS!
After your order has been hand over to USPS, please allow USPS 3-5 business days to deliver your order. We are not responsible for any shipping related issues including arrival time. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please take your time making sure the mailing address you enter is correct. After you placed your order, you will recieve your order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you via email.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately returns & exchanges are NOT accepted at this time. Please take your time and choose the products carefully before submitting your order.
I have an issue with my order what should I do?
Oh no! Simply send us an email to jaideebypoppy@gmail.com or send us a message through our contact page. We will get back to you within 48 hours! If it is in regards to recieved package, send us an email along with a photo with the products in their original packaging. We are happy to help you to the best of our ability.
How do I cancel my order?
Please email us jaideebypoppy@gmail.com within 2 hours after placing your order if you need to cancel or edit it.
